1. All files on this site can be distributed for free, used as often as you want, by anyone. If you do use it though, or have constructive criticism about the site or anything you want to say, PLEASE send me an email.
2. Any information and software on this site must not be used for illegal purposes. Hacktime does not give permission or condone illegal or illicit behaviour. All the information is purely here for educational purposes. The purpose of the site is to point out security flaws in your computer so they can be later fixed.
3. You CANNOT use anything on the website (whether it be knowlege or programs) maliciously. If you intend to use it on on someone's computer, email account etc, you MUST get written permission from them and or the computer/network administrator! Also, just because you have permission from the person doesn't mean the company will let you. For example, just because someone gives you permission to gain access to their Gmail (which we will be teaching you) doesn't mean that Google will permit it. So research whether you are allowed and obtain written permission.

May I remind you that if you do accept to these terms, and then proceed to break them, you can't actually blame us... in fact, you'll get into much more trouble for it since we actually say stuff like 'You cannot use these programs maliciously'. Is it really worth going to court because you wanted to, for example, get your boss's password? Also, if you want real hacks, like proper viruses and stuff, this is not the site for you.
